Look how many scams " thank you " is in their MO. They have many other scams going on. Thanks ( not thank you lol )
I just got a fraudulent “Home Warranty Division” letter from their “Home Protection Enrollment Division,” urging me to call their designated toll-free number of (855) 647-1851.
American Residential Warranty, doing business as “ARW Home,” is a fraudulent home insurance agency based out of 901 Yamato Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida, 33431.
User complaints on their BBB, TrustPilot and Google listings indicates patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:
- Refusing to cover as advertised and threatening to cancel services.
- Sending fraudulent mailers out and refusing to provide proper explanations as to why they do as such.
- Refusing to offer complete and total refunds
- Continuing to charge customers after they cancelled.
