I was able to trace the scammers’ operations back to the “American Consumer Transparency Group (ACTG),” which falsely claims to operate out of Phoenix, Arizona and physicaladdress.com locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Orlando, Florida though I was able to get “Eva” to speak with her real voice and distinct Pakistani accent.
The scammers also operate as “Payment Relief Insurance” and falsely claim to have a 5-star review on TrustPilot, though their website uses the TrustPilot listing for “Mountains Debt Relief” when they actually have a 1.5-star rating on TrustPilot due to several complaints about unwanted spam calls
