I called for the first time and a guy answered, “Tank you for calling Amazon, Henry speaking.” I started baiting him and it was loud in the background. The call ended though without me hanging up. I think we got disconnected or whatever. He was in the process of asking me the preliminary questions after I read to him the text msg @Jhawk kindly posted.
So I called for the 2nd time …
“Max” answered and he is having me go to the Anydesk website …
Funny how this one guy tells me to search for “Amazon Anydesk” on my App store. Smart… now people will think Anydesk is an Amazon app.
Yeah MC, he asked me too if I had the “amazon secure server app” and had me search for the same. Told him I use SolarWinds (which I actually use) for connecting to “secure servers”.
Ha… that is funny.
