I have an idea! I think multiple folks here should inform Amazon about the ONGOING issue with Ring Central turning a blind eye to illegal activities, notably impersonation of Amazon. There is a possibility that Amazon will force them to be more accountable! I know that Amazon Legal does not play as it comes to people messing with their brand.

I think that something along these lines could be used:
Dear Amazon Executive and Legal Team,
I am writing to report an ongoing issue involving fraudulent activity that targets Amazon customers. The phone number (866) 270-4336 has been used repeatedly to impersonate Amazon’s Customer Service and Fraud Team. This number is currently active on the RingCentral network and has been a source of ongoing scams, misleading customers into believing they are interacting with legitimate Amazon representatives.
Over the past several months, I have reached out to RingCentral to report these incidents and request that they take action against this fraudulent behavior. Unfortunately, my efforts have been ignored, and the number remains in use. For reference, you can view a related discussion on the website ScammerInfo, which outlines similar concerns and the role RingCentral plays in this issue: ScammerInfo Thread.
I am simply bringing this matter to your attention in hopes that Amazon can take further action, as this ongoing fraudulent use of your name is concerning and potentially harming your customers.
Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I hope this information is helpful in resolving the matter.
Best regards,
Your Name
