Admitted to scamming but “I only do this to feed my family”
Ulysses S Grant called to report his Amazon account has been blocked. The first guy suggested it was a problem with Prime but the call quality was terribly so we called back. Now, to fix the problem they need $46 (if I heard right) to fix the account. He wasn’t even interested in my name, and I gave him a fake expired CC. He didn’t notice until he ran it. As I have no other cards and they won’t take cash, he will call back tomorrow when I have a chance to get a replacement card. (Not gonna happen as he got a number that will just go to voice mail.) I tried to palm off some gift cards but he wasn’t interested.
