I even called them and they told me that “due to covid that their policies have changed” and I told them “Okay so what in your policies has changed?” Then he replies to me saying “I’m not the right person to talk to” and I ask him “Just type up Nerd Tech Solutions and what is the first thing you see.” Then he stayed quiet and told me “I am not going to do that Alex.” and then he said, “I know what you’re trying to do.” Then I cut him off saying “I have your Facebook” Lastly he said that “I am going to hang up the call.”
