They are from “Amazon” and they ask to connect to your computer.

You can call them then.
I called them at around 1 PM and they picked up almost instantly.
Just some advice.
I am here too with amazon scammers.
They asked me money in order to get me a job at amazon delivery service. But as soon as i paid the money they declined to get me job and kept my money.
i was in so need of job that i have trusted them blindly. Now i regret so much…
If anybody wants to help me to get them i have some documents and phone number that they provided.

I was successful. I just called at 1 PM PST and I got in. Maybe you called at the wrong time.
