Additional information about this scam: The number was found on a reverse search page. I hesitate to post the link because the page where this was posted has the personal information of someone and it could be a victim that someone posted maybe on purpose. I reported the information and hopefully those admins will remove.
When I called the number, they answered as Amazon and hung up on me. I called a second time which conferenced me to another call and it seemed that a total legend is using “Lenny” type bots to call them LULZ
The bot went on with pre-recorded answers and I loved it
This FW told me was in Pakistan. Let us light up the bar steward.
I have been playing a sound file Daniel grabbed from another scammer to them. It is interesting who quickly they start swearing at each other. Long recording.
Calling them now, I think I will go festive with them today. Update: that didn’t take long for them to get irritated. However, I am kind of questioning if there is some possible spoofing going on. I call them 3 times and the third time I heard “you are the only on in this conference.”
I think they are just conferencing people, I had one of them conference me with another call and I could hear a “Lenny” bot having a full on convo with the scammer. They might be getting flooded or something like that.

This is a probable SSA scam, but I will update as soon as they continue with it.
Interesting. Well most of the time they have hung up on me so. May have to use my textnow number. I have also never have seen scammers get so short in my life.
LOL this chode is from “Treasury Department” and is threatening arrest!
He sent me a sample ‘check’ so I could trust that my money will be safe and secure and returned to me very soon.
Another 3-step ride from Amazon to my bank to the FTC… When i asked the federal agent how to reach him he said to call the same number i first called… Which is supposed to be Amazon. When he realized he screwed up he sent me this number for me to reach him and send my ID
