Additional information about this scam: Found on phonespam, they are doing a texting campaign, the text is something like this:
“Your card charged $627.69 for SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S7 FE 2021 Android Tablet, Order id(AMZ3-2HBT) on 02-24-2023, NOT you? Reach us: 8003762080”
They block.
