They really don’t like to be called inferior. Especially from a woman.
they have hung up on me twice now just giggling

These inferior criminals become so indignant when you call 'em out on their criminal behavior.
I just called this number a few times from my TextNow number but I get the “one ring hang” or the “one ring and call drops” or whatever. I do not think I have ever called this number though, so I do not think I am blocked.

I tried calling the (217) 631-8030 out of curiosity but after ringing a number of times it did NOT go to a message machine but the ringing stopped and the counter on my TextNow number keeps increasing and is now 2 minutes and 59 seconds. If a human answered, the person is very quiet as I hear only silence even though the ringing stopped but the counter keeps ticking away by the second.
