I had the weirdest 40 minute conversation with the guy that answered on the 855 number. I always get the weird ones. He was even teaching me how to cuss properly in Hindi.

From my TextNow number I just called now for the first time. The robo voice said something about how this number is busy and to try again later. I’ll try to return to this number soon.
EDIT:
The second time I called this number, the robo voice said that this number is not in service and Google and its partners may collect information about the call. I have not heard this robo spiel before about Google and its partners possibly collection information about a call after it says the number is not in service.
Sounds like a Google Call AD phone number, it dynamically routes to adverts Google currently is showing - a lot of which are often scammers.
