I just received a voicemail from these idiots. They claimed that Amazon was hacked and that someone attempted to purchase a cell phone for $300 on my account. Strangely, they didn’t have a single bit of my information! 
They claimed that they can’t text me a link for a cancellation form, but instead it must go over a “secure server” through my email, which they also don’t have. Then they want to log into my computer, and that’s when their fun really begins, unless WE STOP THEM! Happy hunting!
@Iluvchihuahuas#163700 Verified at 1254 CT. I told him YES my son ordered that. So he said a William Smart ordered it. I said yes that is my son. He sent me to his supervisor who sent me to his supervisor. They were really all confused.
@JusticeinTexas#163704 I get a very unique sense of joy & vindication when I hear that they have been utterly confused. It’s fun to listen to them squirm & try to scramble when they are posed with a question or response that they have not anticipated. Great job! Keep them running in circles. Every minute we are on the phone with them, is one less minute they could scam someone else.
