I am calling TODAY for the first time this phone number, though maybe hypothetically I have called this phone number in the past.

I wonder if their phone system has a problem or problems.

So first I tried just now from my TextNow number calling two times but after a couple of rings the calls just ended.

I then tried from my TextMe number two times, but each time after some rings the sound of the ringing stopped YET the counter on my two calls kept ticking. So I hung up both calls after the ringing stopped and after the counter on each call had continued for another minute or two.

Then I tried again from my TextNow number and a guy answered. I asked his name and he said Kevin. I said that I need to cancel the Amazon order. Then I could not hear him any longer if he was speaking and the call either dropped or he hung up.

What happened to buying a flat screen tv or some particular product!

I’ll try again. I do not know if Kevin hung up on me or if the call dropped.

So from my TextNow number I again called (866) 269-2518 and the same guy answered as I remembered his voice. I said, “Hello, are you Kevin?” He replied, “Yes, how can I help you.”
I told him that I just was speaking to you but the call must have dropped.
I said I received a text message and that I need to cancel the order.
He started speaking but his voice was cutting in and out, so I informed him.
He said he would call me back from a “better line” and I then saw the popup and answered his call from +1 (205) 202-7133.

So he asked if I received an email or text msg. I said I rec’d a text message.
I asked him if he wants me to read him the text msg but he then asked me for my name.

I replied, “Pravin.”

He asked for my last name.

I replied, “Kumar.”

Haha, either he HUNG UP or coincidentally the call dropped.

I am guessing though that “Kevin” HUNG UP on “Pravin Kumar” and it would seem that he did not like my use of an Indian name though he used the English first name “Kevin.”

I will see if they can block my TextNow number and for that matter my TextMe number.

I might be blocked but maybe “Kevin” is just not answering.
I think the toll-free number blocked me. Maybe the callback number that is not a toll-free number is just not answering.
Now, having called numerous times both of the phone numbers from my TextNow number, my TextMe number, and my VOIP number that I switched to show UNKNOWN NUMBER and hide my real VOIP number, I keep getting Magic Jack Customer Is Busy on the number that is not toll-free and on the toll-free number it rings 2 or 3 times and then hangs up or the call drops.

Geez, it is early in “Kevin’s” shift to be so skittish.
Kevin is a lazy-bones!

I have left on the MagicJack number that is not toll-free a number of mocking and ridiculing messages.
