Currently on a call with them.
Some scambitch answered and she says I should go to the nearest amazon store to get my refund…
Still the call with the guy. I can hear him texting on WhatsApp in the background.
He asked for my email - I gave him a scam baiting email. He sent a reset password code to my email which was tied with my Amazon account…
“Amazon Store” Means Piggly Wiggly 
, or Walmart.
Still answering at 240 pm EST. Got the scambitch and then some male hump on the 2nd call. Trying the old “reset” PW trick.
I am “in the car” and just blasting music to the scammer.
