You can’t upload the audio clip directly to the website, but you could use one of many free file-sharing sites, some of which might be able provide a preview of the file without ever even downloading it. Afterwards just paste the link the site gives you in a new reply here.
Was it an email that informs us of the refund or a robocall ?
