Very stupid, they actually entertained Karen Miller, then in another call it was Lenny he talked to, and then exchanged cuss words with Hindi Bots. One call lasted 16 minutes!
Now they’re saying they’re Norton. I said I have Mac Coffee anti virus and he went out of his way to correct my pronunciation. I said I’m confused, because I don’t have Norton on my PC, and only Mac Coffee. These people are triggered!
