Additional information about this scam: Found this on nomorobo, it is a message to call them back, here is the transcript:
" Hi, this is Jennifer from Amazon Customer Support. We have seen a recent order which is built on your card attached to your Amazon account. The amount charged is $1,499. We noticed some suspicious activity on your account account. So we have put in hold to this transaction. You can reach us on the number Aria, code 424-256-3774. Thank you."
The scammer ‘connected me throught the bank’, talking to them now

Yeah FF, at least that’s what “it” sounded like on that horrible connection. Went right into the multiple accounts created BS spiel.
Someone “transferred” me to my Bank’s customer service, after i said that I don’t use online banking. Then that idiot, “oscar” said i was going to be transferred to the FTC to cancel the charge, but first needed a picture of my driver’s license. That stumped me, because fake old man pics i had, but I didn’t have time to Photoshop one on the spot…kept him hanging for about 10 minutes, but at least i got a number to send the license to

When using TextNow, (424) 256-3774 said “the number is busy. Please try again later.” It immediately hung up when I used a normal cell phone. My normal cell phone gets 12 to 36 mass marketing calls per day. One more will not hurt now.

I never call back from my cell but sometimes figure I’ll bug them from my text now number, but I’ve been getting way more immediate hang ups.
