Additional information about this scam: I did not receive a text but a poster on directory is reporting a fake alert for a purchase at Amazon. https://directory.youmail.com/phone/206-338-3214
I called and “Robert” and told him I had just received a text from Amazon and that I wanted to cancel a fraud order.
He asked if I ordered Apple products, but he did not ask me for any amount or any order ID.
$1499 for Apple Air pods and Mac book pro. Sent to address in Albany NY
He ran a full “security check” and discovered that my information is being used in Ohio, NY, NJ. I am the wictim of identity theft.
He connected me to the SSA.
Connected to Federal Officer Mark Watson, federal Badge id # SSA-63862
7 bank accounts, 3 credit cards and two debit cards in my name.

“So, All of these out of state bank accounts were opened? Did you go to the banks and subpoena the footage of who open the accounts? What dates were these accounts opened? I need the times and the dates.”
“Sir, This is very serious you must cooperate to prove your innocence.”
I’ve given these guys quite a few calls; at first, I got through to “Social Security Administration” but then he hung up when I said my scambaiting name (Martin Winchester) for some strange reason. When I’ve tried calling them back, all I hear is background noise from them, then they hang up.
206 338 3214 very frustrated call center, aware they are scamming but scammers are not able to do anything else , total corruption is that corrupt India you cant help offer some of these clusterfucking scammers some advice and shoulder once and while as it not their complete fault, it is the scam government fault like what WE have in place right now that is flipping on our scam government and they are getting very nervous and who in the hell are they not to be as us consumers are ferrous by the 10s of millions of this disorder…
