I actually called it twice, but I wasn’t recording.
First time: I got a guy on the phone and was saying I was refunding a product. After saying the name, the guy gave up and said “no you dont have to spell it out” and hung up on me.
Called it twice (captured on video) and it said: “Extension is unavaliable”
