Look at that grammar! I asked how he knew what order when I never gave him an order number so he screamed at me, "WHAT IS THE ORDER NUMBER? I called his mother a few choice names and he just lost his mind.
Guy hangs up as soon as he hears my voice. Is that professional?

This almost reminds me of the old Social Security days. It was back when it was a true fight between good and evil. We did not worry about whether the person on the other end of the phone had a “foreign LLC” designation on American soil, allowing him to hire an ambulance-chaser lawyer to send nastygrams. It was almost like being someone who was both an abolitionist and a Union soldier at the same time on Jan 1, 1863, when the Emancipation Proclamation took effect. We were on the side of the angels.
