They had me go to www.trackingorder.wixsite.com/amazon that pulls up links to anydesk and teamviewer. as well as a tab for the “refund form”. We connected with teamviewer and we were off the the fun races. Lots of them swearing was the result. Used a Linux VM that looks like Windows 10 but doesn’t act like it. They got frustrated.
