Call went to voicemail, then they called me back from (219) 444-4593 at 2:28 PM EST.

I have reported the number to their carrier which is " IP Horizon "

He just called me back from (302) 278-4354 to send text curses and such.
The 219 number seems down but the 830 number is still up, as is the 302 number.
