I barely got two words out and he hung up. Weird. Second guy said a new account was made in my name. I said well too bad for them because i have not cards associated with my account. And I will call and cancel my cards and get new ones. He had no idea what I was talking about. Dummies.

Second dope I told that I have four accounts, one for each child. No credit card associated and double authentification. They have no idea how anything works.
