Iphone of course. From all other places Like where? Just other places. Duh.
Just now I called with my TextNow number but it rang once and then stopped ringing and the call dropped from within my TextNow. I called immediately with my UNKNOWN NUMBER Google Voice VOIP number and it rings a half of a ring and goes to the busy signal. 
Tried calling, rang once and hung up.
