Yes it is Amazon refund, I altered the description for you. 
there has been one already with almost the same Order ID# and product today
There’s been dozens over many months with minor variations.
More than likely the same call centres sending them all, changing their number each time

business is so good he can’t be bothered to pay attention
Scammer says a woman named Barber Harper from some other location is used and hacked my account lol and hacked my ip lol he wants me to go anydesk yay. Lol i gave the scammer another scammers anydesk address lol.
or he just knows the message is so stupid no sane caller will be a genuine victim
It never occurred to me to do that LOL
can’t get a hold of them, probably working hard on someone’s computer by now!
