I just had a 10 minute chat with “Sandra” she claims that she hates working in call-centers and wants to get out… she’s only doing this because she has to… she’s poor… bla, bla, bla.

Kinda like when I was a cop. Other officers getting mad about people using free speech profanity and sometime arresting them for disturbing the peace when in private every other word was foul or sexual. Especially when angry at a suspect. So hypocritical. I never took it personally. I knew they were yelling at the uniform and I didn’t blame them.

Exactly right. And at the end of the day, learning to take all of that off with the uniform is sometimes the only way to keep yourself grounded.
