He made no sense at all. Weirdo. You have not been but you have been charged. Of course, they cannot tell you to what card or your name. If people would just ask simple questions of these scammers it would not work.
Mine said Cancellation Department. You have not been charged turned into you have been charged. To what? Ummmm… I said I have no credit cards and I already contacted my bank so nothing CAN be charged by Amazon. He had no idea that is how banking works.
It’s funny, When he asked for my name, I told him to look it up by my phone number. He said we need your name so we can verify. I said I need you to tell me my name so I can verify that you’re not a POS scammer in some shithole country.
He did the very same to me on one my calls. 
I mean they are not bright to begin with but these guys. WHoooooo!
I presume that’s why they’re doing this instead of having real jobs…too stupid to be employable!
He did the name thing with me. I use Genevieve Villaneuava which is very difficult for them.
NEw guy said it computer anti virus protection. From AMAZON! I think he is getting his scripts mixed up.
Says it is Amazon but it is for computer virus software.

I think we killed them! Number is down now. Perhaps they just parked the number for a while. Those toll free numbers get expensive when we’re all calling in.
