Sounds like a lone scammer, no background noise.
Don’t know how these prime video scams, go, but I told him was having problem connecting my TV to my amazon prime account. Asked me my name and email, and walked me though connecting the TV, never asked for anything (no connecting to anydesk, etc), was weird, no scam attempt, but obviously not amazon, lol. Heavy Heavy Accent, but sounded more slavic than indian.

Highly unusual! Typically ask for your amazon email and then request a PW reset for amazon to send to you and ask for that code to hijack your accnt.

Still picking up. I agree with @SM45. He sounds more slavic than Indian. I told him I was having trouble connecting my TV to my amazon prime account as well, but he just said you have the wrong number. He said something about 3000 dollars in the beginning of the call, which I am still confused about…
