So got a call at my desk phone, it was a recorded message saying something about my amazon prime account and to call back at this number 567 244 0791. Once I did they asked if I wanted to cancel the service, I said yes. He then wanted my phone number, wanted to know what kind of phone, and wanted me to go to www.smartcontrol.com This was active as of 11:56 am central 8/28. Happy hunting.
Answered as Amazon but transitioned to refund scan - computer no longer being supported.
