Active now 10:58 pm u have to hit 1 and 3 i told him i would like to cancel my prime account he said hold on and click, going to call back. He will ask you how much are u paying for your prime account. Then he asked me for my email. Check the number on google this scammer was trying so hard to say he was not a scammer. Good luck with this one.
