Yep
They put these looped recordings on to waste lots of time
I know an expert YT scambaiter crowd who insisted they were saving actual victims
They’d spent over an hour on this sort of thing until I told them they’d been conned after hearing it for less than 5 seconds
Call centres are doing quite a bit of this
Just another example of whom is wasting who’s time

If you know those numbers, mind sending them to me, if they go back to recordings of victims it will have victim info me and the team I work with can use to contact victims.
If they are experts they probably didn’t know their leg was being pulled, if they are experts at victim contacting then it’s most likely a real victim.
The team I worked with checked the number out and it went to a real person so they left a detailed message on what the victim should do.
Got the recording after calling 3 times. The first 2 times, though, I got to speak to “This side Sean”.
