I’ve been calling them and they finally stopped picking up after about 50 calls

On with an Amazon Female Stacy Jones badge number APF42440. She found a lot of issues with my Amazon account. She is connecting me to Bank of America.
They try to connect me to real BOA and expect me to enter my personal details. 
When I started calling them over and over again. One girl picks up and says… stop call us, you sob…
