Answers as: “Customer Suppoat” or “Amazon”
Technician: “this side David,” “Mike”
Falsely Claims:
- I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
- I was reading the transaction ID way too quickly
- My IP Address was hacked.
- Identity used to make “fraud charges” from Mexico four hours ago.
- Three different banks tied to my Amazon account: Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase.

- $35,600 in Bank of America account in Nigeria

- Negative balance in Chase account
- I need to disclose what I see on my computer every minute, or else I need to hang up the line.
Remote Access Software: UltraViewer (ID: 205589738/DESKTOP-8M6L3A4) and ConnectWise from wbpk.cc

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf and incredibly-invasive “Mike” proceeded to download ConnectWise from wbpk.cc despite having me connected to their “secure server,” but wound up reinstalling UltraViewer by mistake.
- “Mike” then went back to simply scamming via phone, asking for me to get “network security cards” from a nearby CVS or Walgreens
