Additional Information About This Scam: I found the number posted on validnumber as a scam, they answered as “fraud team” and are doing an SSA-type of scam. Multiple banks, multiple credit cards, etc.

Answering as Amazon customer suppote for me – some real dimwits who can’t figure out how to block my GV # that I’ve used approximately a dozen times to repeatedly call them in the last ten minutes. Once they figure it out I have other numbers, natch.
Both lines are answering. You can tell that both lines the Chods are getting skittish.
Now they are triggered!
“Steven” was the FTC when I called him…he soon found himself talking to the real FTC and he quickly ran like the rat he is
