“Luke” was looking for OTPs, so I threatened to call a lawyer on him before he instead asked me to download UltraViewer on my virtual machine. Once remotely connected, he asked me to log into my nonexistent bank account.
- Since I don’t do online banking, he repeatedly asked me to log into my nonexistent account like a broken record before transferring the call to his “Supervisor, Grace,” who was too deaf to provide “suppoat.”
