A lot of background noise from other scammers. This is a big operation.
Their story makes no sense. It starts with someone having ordered something on Amazon from your account. It then escalates into they have obtained credit cards, opened bank accounts, rented apartments, etc. – all of this under my name!
When I asked how Amazon could possibly know all this, he promptly hung up on me.
I think this is an SSA scam of some sort.

Yes. I think they are the same.
Yes, after 1 call at 510-, I could make no further calls – they would just hang up immediately. Then when I tried calling 916- for the first time, the same thing happened, they just hung up. Same place.
They want to use UltraViewer (which is a Chinese copy of TeamViewer). I read them out the ID and I could hear him telling his college “More quota UltraViewer” seems like they can’t use it anymore because when I installed it I chose to install for business use and now it’s asking them for license
