Answers as: “CitiBank Fraud Department”
The scammer asked for my credit card details, THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and my zip code to “dispute the charges.” The scammer then falsely claimed that he was gonna close my account and issue a new card within 3-5 business days.

I called them over and over. Finally I started swearing at them in arabic, the scammer made a fart noise and hung up. Assholes.
