@RickyMartin#172171 Faked a problem in a chat on one of the sites and they called back from (919) 893-3975. Wanted to connect to my computer ever after telling them it’s not associated with Alexa as it’s hard-wired & on a different frequency (5ghz) which is true. Still wanted to connect and am now awaiting a call from a “level 5 tech” whatever that is.
