Reddit said it is about a “New Apple iMac 27-inch Retina 5k Display, etc for $1819.50."
they asked me what the order number is and i said “i do not know” and they just hung up

Yeah, I took 7400 down last night when someone emailed me about it. It was, as always, reported first to the carrier (ONVOY who don’t act…). I was pretty surprised to come across such an active (and pretty big) call center late on a Sunday evening.
7403, as mentioned was reported as well. I did a short hunt this morning and found some numbers with a similar "profile"; the hold music, the recorded voice, etc. This is definitely something to keep an eye on! There are likely a number of active scam numbers that just aren't answering this early.
