Answers as: “Customer Suppoat,” “Apple” or “Amazon”
Technician: “Kaity,” “Roger”
Falsely Claims:
- Identity used to make pre-approved transactions
- Products delivered to 49 Arcadia Ct., Albany, NY
- Multiple bank accounts tied to my Amazon account.
- I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
Bankchod: “Robert Morgan from the Fraudulent Department”
Falsely Claims:
- Amazon account used from Texas, Ohio, California, New Jersey and New York
- Multiple bank accounts linked to my Social Security Number, used for money laundering.
“Kaity” refused to “suppoat” after answering as “Apple,” so I called back and got ahold of “Roger,” who was actually facilitating a Social Security scam.
