I dont have time to actually talk to them right now but i called them, and i come with the warning to anyone trying to call them it seems to take half a minute for their system to pick up. also for some reason the first person i reached hung up when i told him that they said there was an iphone 11 purchace on my account. the second time i called the lady i got was going to explain to me each and every ting but i had to hang up to go do other things
