So I was asking my dad if I could call scammers on our landline, that number is not linked to any important things like banking, credit cards, ect but he said no he said that its like setting yourself up for problems. Am I wrong to think hes crazy if we dont have anything important linked with it?

Your number will be sold onto other call centres and its likely you’ll receive a lot of scam calls after that.

Yes U are wrong !!! NEVER use landline. for this EXSPECIALLY UR PARENTS PHONE … NEVER NEVER … We use a either textnow or 2nd line apps or BOBrtc or VOIP . they could swat ur parents … NO NO don’t use parents LANDLINE
