Am I being scammed?

Found a fake norton number that someone posted on here and had to hang up midway. I got a call back from them earlier today and decided to pick up. I talked to them for a while waiting for them to connect to my VM and try to scam me, but that never happened. The Indian lady I talked to was actually able to comfirm details about my account, and even send an email from norton.

By the end of the call, I hung up as it was quite obvious the lady was possibly from Norton. Was I scammed or is this a real Norton call center in India? The number was 800-705-6061.

If this was a real Norton employee, I feel pretty awful to say the least.

It’s a real site, with a convincing video. It might actually be norton.

I would recommend searching up the number and look into the results that the search brings up. If you figure it’s a scam number then it may be a case of scammers picking up that you were suspicious so they actually play their part as if they were actually customer support.

in the email in the first pic the email is [email protected] and i am guessing that is a fake e-mail bc there is a 2 in between support and nortonlifelock so yes i think that you are
