Alternatives to FireRTC?

I like the fact that on FireRTC, you can change your caller ID so you can call a scammer again after they have blocked your number.

However, at least 50% of the times I use FireRTC, it does not work (I have tried at least 3 times with the same number and it just returns "Request Timeout").

But if I use TextMe (free VOIP calling app for mobile devices), it works almost all the time including with numbers that didn't work with FireRTC.

Are there any alternatives of FireRTC that I can try?
