They give pretty much "support" for everything as it seems (see google results for this number).
I contacted them because I have "problems" with my gmail account. He directly told me after I gave him my mail address, that the address is being hacked from mexico and that some guys are on my computer.
To make a long story short:
They use Supremo for Remote Control, Number works with FireRTC.
My "technician" used the standard tree command and stopped drivers. But he didnt even knew what a VM is^^
