I’ve baited most of these now. Few have taken the bait but [email protected] has responded a little. He/she claims to be Beatrice Hoffman describing herself as:

@daan1575#191816 I’m not sure those IP lookups are that precise. I looked my own IP up and it was out by a few miles. I’ve passed everything to the police in Ghana though I suspect they will do nothing.
