Additional information about this scam: Called and was greeted by “Devin how can I help you?” I asked if this was the Air Canada and Devin said, “yes this is the Air Canada Consolidation Desk.” Devin claims not to have a favorite color.
A quick Google search for the number reveals it being advertised as the number for each and every airline.
