This has been looked at before.

There are many accounts on line of poor customer service, overpriced service, etc. But I see no unambiguous evidence of a fraud or scam. To post the number here along with the vulgar insult is to invite harassment of these people, who should not be assumed to be criminals just because you think they are Indian.

It is most definitely a scam. They pocket your money. Even if you take them at their word, they make quotes 2000 more than Expedia. Absolutely a scam

Doesn’t every business “pocket your money”? Charging high prices is generally not a crime.

As far as I can tell, ASAP Tickets is not a scam. Shady? Probably, but there is no evidence that I have been shown to prove that. Every accusation of scam is through word of mouth alone.

Still active Monday 12:57 AM EST……

Do you have any evidence of them scamming? Are you on the DNC?
As far as I can tell, ASAP has their share of unsatisfied customers, but they have been in business for several years and they have an A+ rating with the BBB.

I had some time so I called them booking a flight I was eventually planning.
Person I talked to claimed he was out of India. Was polite and took my instructions well finding a flight based on the criteria I presented.
Once we agreed on a flight I was sent an email from their domain outlining my flight. When paying they send an email to the recipient which directs them to the payment portal on their site. There was a fee associated which was disclosed in the itemized list they sent for total cost. They do push various protections but not deceitfully so.

I would say they are a little shady but nothing they told me was weird or dishonest. I cannot attest to post purchase however. They guy was honest when asked questions. They even answer as their company name unlike the airline impersonators.
