Just be transparent and share that you have been contacted by her client first, share their phone number and timing of calls (based on what you shared, it appears to be the case). It is good that they are flat-out denying everything. You can share any of their communication and denials by them with state investigators. It sounds like you have evidence of the opposite showing calls from them. It therefore might make your case stronger.
I’m not surprised by what the attorney is doing. She is being paid by foreign lead generators, who are her client, after all.

I think you should point out the discrepancies and red flags shared by @OfclyGoodenough and inquire as to how they could explain them. I also think it won’t make sense to accuse her of anything or talk about complaints with FTC and FCC. Instead, you can just tell her politely yet firmly that statements by her client appear categorically false to you. And then you can file all the complaints against them with FCC and FTC and attach all the evidence you have, including links to this thread. Hopefully, someone at these agencies will look at it. Also, email Chairman Carr, when you get more evidence.

I think it is fine. I personally would be inclined to add evidence shared by @OfclyGoodenough and ask her where her client is actually physically located. There appears to be conflicting evidence which raises some concerns.
I think you should file complaints with multiple departments at the State level about these lead generators. I shared the links before.
