Active tech support scam 855 922 2548
Works with FireRTC
Still active. These scammers email is [email protected] if you want to mess with them.
I keep calling them, but they won’t help me unless I have a customer ID, yet they won’t help people get one.
@Otacon918#61542 tell them you closed all the window messages
@muahaha#61513 These fellas n gals are my standand go to for baiting. They answer fast, never block and will argue with you for a bit, even though will only start their ‘support’ routine if you have a customer id, as another stated.
They are also related to
SafeTechSolution.net
universalxpert.com
Their other phone is:
8558163635
Good number, killing some time now. Thanks!
"I don't have a customer ID this message came up on the screen saying to call the number or the trojan malware would block my computer!"
@Otacon918#61542
I have two number currently working for these scumbags:
8558163635
8559222548
Perhaps callers to 3635 will not be asked for the customer id
His name is always Shawn. I just called him a few times.
@jlit0#61514 you’re right.
@kaliban48#61579 Yes there’s more numbers for them in previous posts. I was too lazy to dig them up. This site fills up fast
@bluestacks235#61563
Someone is getting on their nerves as they've just set up a menu. Here's a sample of the most robotic auto-answer I've ever heard:
https://phone.firertc.com/calls/5bdb504a6865637fb3060000/recording
I chose '1' from the menu but I'm thinking any of the numbers will take you to the same group of scumbags.
How to get around when they ask for customer id?
@kaliban48#61587 Why does that scammer sound like he’s trying to do a Jim Browning impression?
@muahaha#61586
I have 2 other numbers for them:
8559796447
8559796480
Neither is being answered as of today.
Pressing 1 gets to them…
@bluestacks235#61563 I did, i also told them I found the number on a pop up saying I have malware, etc. They seemed pretty suspicious.
855 922 2548 keeps changing their menu options. Now none of them working. The other numbers are down for now.
